Breathwork & Sound Bath New Moon in Cancer Ceremony (Bristol, Gasworks Studio)

Join breathwork practitioner, Nakita, and sound therapist, Rounik, for an evening of community, connection, and co-regulation.

You will be guided on a journey; adventuring deep beyond time and mind, to embody a co-created ceremonial space where we will activate and allow the wisdom of the body. Journeying tools include guided meditation and breathwork, followed by vibrational healing in the form of a sound bath, to assist with integration of any insights. The combination of breathing sound medicine, allows for deep release of all that no longer serves your highest purpose in the moment, as well as acceptance of all that is meant for you and always trying to reach you.

Everything is vibration - tuning into our resonance using breath and sound helps us to reclaim, reframe, and rewild our bodies and minds. Just as the fascia connects the physical body, the unseen frequency of breath and sound waves are the mycelium that connects all beings: human and non-human, micro and macro, including the Earth and the Sky themselves.
