Breathwork & Sound Bath (online)

You will be guided on a journey beyond time and mind, during which we will activate and receive the wisdom of the body. Journeying tools include vibrational healing in the form of guided breathwork followed by a sound bath.

This combination of breathing sound medicine allows for deep release, rest, reprogramming, and renewal on a cellular and energetic level.

Everything is vibration - tuning into our resonance using breath and sound helps us to reclaim, reframe, and rewild our bodies and minds. Just as the fascia connects the physical body, the unseen frequency of breath and sound waves are the mycelium that connects all beings: human and non-human, micro and macro, including the Earth and the Sky themselves.

Using high-quality microphones and audio equipment Rounik's online sound baths are very close to experiencing the real thing from the comfort of your own home.

What you need:

• Headphones
• A comfortable place to sit/lie down
• Yourself (all parts of you are welcome!)

Tickets for this weekly online sound bath are £10 / £15 / £20 + booking fee ** All offerings are very gratefully received no matter how big or small!**

Note: When you receive your ticket from Eventbrite please use the Zoom link only to enter the sound bath. Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday!

Note: Please arrive early / on time. Virtual doors will close 10 minutes after the start time to allow for those present to relax deeply without interruption. Thank you x
