Every online sound bath session is infused with an intention, and begins with a guided meditation leading gently into the sound bath.
Using high-quality microphones and audio equipment Rounik's online sound baths are very close to experiencing the real thing while being in the comfort of your own home.
All you need are headphones, a comfortable place to sit/lie down and yourself.
