About the Event

Rounik weaves ancient, healing sounds using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, monochords, Koshi chimes and other sacred instruments.

–––

Sound healing is a relaxing and re-tuning experience for us on multiple levels. It assists our brain to enter deeper, slower states and encourages physical repair on a cellular level. Sound can be extremely supportive in processing trauma and guiding us through challenges and transformative periods of our lives.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing a sonic experience in The Langton Wellness Hub, an expansive, comfortable venue in BS4, Bristol.

Before the sound bath everyone has a chance to get comfy and we will start with a check-in, intention for the session, breathwork for connection to ourselves, and a chakra balancing guided meditation and invitation for sacred vibrations from the instruments in to our inner space.
