Relax, rebalance & retune mind, body & soul in this unique sound bath and meditation with singing bowls, gong, sacred chimes and Monochord.
Please arrive 5 minutes early and bring your own water / tea bottle and yoga mat, blankets and cushions.
Rounik will begin the sound bath with a guided breath work meditation followed by a gong and sound bath using sacred instruments.
There are a maximum of 14 places... these fill quickly.
