About the Event
Relax, rebalance & retune mind, body & soul in this unique sound bath and meditation with singing bowls, gong, sacred chimes and Monochord.
Please arrive 5 minutes early and bring a yoga mat, blankets and cushions.
Rounik will begin the sound bath with a guided breath work meditation followed by a gong and sound bath using a variety of sacred instruments.Â
There are a maximum of 10 places... book your place online.
