Sound Bath (Sunday Salvation @ Alfresco Spa)

Rounik weaves ancient, healing sounds using hand-made Chakra Singing Bowls, Nepalese Singing Gong, a monochord and other sacred instruments.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing a sonic experience in the beautiful Alfresco Spa, just 20 mins drive from the centre of Bristol.

Before the sound bath everyone has a chance to get comfy and we will start with a check-in, intention for the session, breathwork for connection to ourselves and a guided meditation to balance our chakras and invite sacred vibrations from the instruments in to our inner space.

Sunday Salvation #1

This is a full day of being kind to yourself.

Join us as we take our bodies on a journey, tantalising the senses in the physical through stretch, sound and touch. The hot tubs, yoga, breathwork, meditation and a sound bath are all included in the price.

We start at 9am and finish the day at 4pm allowing you enough time to get home and be ready for whatever joys the week ahead has.
