About the Event
Sound healing is a wonderfully restorative and relaxing experience. Sound and vibration nourishes us on many levels. It can also be the catalyst for timely change, shifts and further awakening. Annette and Rounik weave high vibrations into a heart-felt space using ancient, healing instruments such as chakra singing bowls, gongs, monochords, special chimes, Light Language vocals and other sacred sounds.
We welcome you to embrace the healing vibrations on a cellular level, to open to new directions in your life and simply enjoy the journey.
You’re welcome to lie down or sit as you wish to enjoy the sound bath. Please bring warm blankets / yoga mat and whatever you need to create a nest for yourself to lie down in and feel safe to float along with the dreamy sounds.
Every attendee will receive a gift bag at the end of the sound bath.
